add direct links to any actions provided in the admin-cp
Now: if I want to edit a news i have to select the news, scroll down, select "edit", and submit
Better: direct link to edit the news (e.g. behind a gear)

add this for all important actions.

the selecting and submiting thing is only good for multiple actions (like mass-deletion)
