An easy way to report mistakes on a page would be practical so that people do not have to search who is responsible for a page but rather just report issues directly in myHPI.
Proposed solution:
A "report an issue" button on every page, maybe with a drop down for the type of issue one wants to report with a free-text field. When submitted, an email is sent to all members of the owner group of the page (reply-to header set to the submitter of the report).

One could also think about adding a "group email address" field to groups and use that instead when available. That might, however, not work as the mail3 mailserver cannot send to internal distribution lists
Only minutes list have a dedicated field for the group that the minutes belong to. For other page types you could only send an email to everyone that has edit permissions for the page.
Fair, but I think this sounds like a reasonable solution as well. Tbh, I find that even better as this way, some information pages that we outsourced to other people would be handled properly in this case as well.
