Přepsaná Astrid běží na serveru ve více procesech a zjevně to má za příčinu, že se nesdílejí zámky repozitířů.
Možná řešení:

sdílet objekty repozitářů a zámky mezi procesy
zamezit spuštění více jak jedním procesem
