Specific french number "07"

Hi Gauravsoni,

I would like to know if the library of correct number is already updated ? Because, I have one specific issue about french number, that doesn't recognize the phone number beginning by "07...". I do not know if they are some similar case with other country number.

Tell me if it is possible to fix it by myself with change some command line? Or can you do it for me?
