When i running the gemma，i met the warning：Brent did not converge. I have a covariate file with 9 columns,the first column is 1,the second column is sex,the 3 to 6 columns are dummy variates ,and the 7 to 0 columns are 3PCs.Why i met the warnings,how to fix it ?

Hello,
I am using GEMMA version 0.98.5 and experienced same warning message when using covariates including dummy variates. I tested running it without using the dummy variates in the covariate file and then GEMMA run successfully.
I am wondering if anyone else encountered the same issue and resolved it?
