The Data for lesson 7 isn't working for lacal computers

Hello, very nice work on the course design and material. I am enjoying it very much. That said, I want to bring to your attention that I don't believe that the data "029740.txt" in lesson 7 works; I am using my local computer to access the course, so maybe it's because of that. Anyway, it will be great to add the data to the notebooks repository, as I've spent a lot of time searching for it until I found it here: https://github.com/geo-python/site/tree/master/source/notebooks/L7/data. Which now don't think it is the same file as what is in the course
It will save anyone who comes after me a lot of time.
Again, thank you for the fantastic course; I LOVED IT!
