Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to support the older Sensor Locations and Timeseries standard from OGC - SOS.

Describe the solution you'd like
A provider similar to the SensorThings Feature provider that can proxy a SOS server as an OGC API - Features.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing a custom proxy, I have a working one and would like to convert to something supported by pygeoAPI natively to improve maintenance.

Additional context

Here is the SOS Server I am interested in :
