Current status for an app that is deployed only to management clusters.

We should change this in two ways:

  • If the app is deployed in a management cluster, the CLUSTER column should show the name of the cluster, too. There should be an (<abbr title="Management cluster">MC</abbr>) suffix added to it.
  • The field value should be a link to the respective cluster details page.
