From 2e125e275bb33939e86f0d123fc1c3e345e2b7f6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alejandro Barreto Date: Fri, 9 Mar 2018 14:17:54 -0600 Subject: [PATCH] Document HOME environment variable Git documentation refers to $HOME and $XDG_CONFIG_HOME often, but does not specify how or where these values come from on Windows where neither is set by default. The new documentation reflects the behavior of setup_windows_environment() in compat/mingw.c.
