WiFi P2P allows for wifi devices to discover peers and create direct connections with them. This would be an ideal mechanism to use to build the physical web. I'd like to see support added to Physical Web for sending URLs over Wifi P2P.
This is close but different than #926, which is the newer WiFi Aware that automatically maintains clusters.
