Allow for multiple data folders #1817
-
Most people keep their books, audiobooks, comics, etc. in separate directories. It would be great if the application would allow a person to add multiple directories that contain separate content like: /comics instead of just a /data folder |

We can already do that. I have my English and Dutch comics in separate folders and have imported them as such. You can always map more volumes in your docker-compose file. |

are you talking about multiple folders by library, or mounting in the Docker image ? |

Apologies, I haven't tried the application yet except for the demo. The demo didn't have the option to add libraries and the sample docker file only mentioned a single /data path. I had no way to know that the application interface allows you to search for different paths within the /data directory that you specify. Am I right to understand this as follows: I can have the following directory structure: /data I can mount the /data folder to the container and then manually add different libraries based on the folders inside? I am working on a YouTube video on how to set this up that a subscriber requested on my YouTube channel. |

Yes, Docker allows you to mount folders as you like, it's entirely transparent to the application running in the container.
