For a given Access Request, given a role requested in that Access Request is available in an existing Access List and the requester trait is eligible for that lists's membership and that the reviewer has also powers to add new members to that Access List, we provide an option to reviewer to promote the Access Request to an Access List membership.

This feature is not documented.

How will we know this is resolved?

User should be able to understand how Access Request to Access List promotion works and what they need to do/subscribe in order to implement this feature in their cluster.
