rules/properties/other.py

I have come across microHD yesterday and I think I have also seen HDlite or perhaps HD-lite before. I'm not 100% how to add these, though.

    rebulk.regex('mu?HD', 'Micro-?HD', value='Micro HD')
    rebulk.string('HDlite', 'HDLight', value='Micro HD')

microHD is not a scene standard term... the best i could find was on a translated spanish wiki ...

The MicroHD (mHD) format is a video file created from another high-definition video using H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC or H.265 as video codec and AAC as audio format.

The mHD differs from other high definition formats because of its small size (approximately 3GB for a 120 minute video file).

It has a high definition resolution of 1280x720 px or 1920 × 1080 px and a lower

A scene standard would only supply resolution such as 720p and the source ie BluRay etc..
