  1. 出库和领料对于WMS来说是同一个动作。无需区分。只需扣减物料库存数据，不要扣减物料批次数据
  2. 出货。扣减物料批次数量以及如果有对应库存则扣减相应库存的数据，正常来说出货的必须先出库的。
