ssh chat available internally only to segfault shell users

I would like to run this service "ssh-chat" available only through internal network for all segfault shell users.

the idea is to provide our users a way to communicate w/ one another across segfault servers and only via segfault ssh network (not accessible publicly).

I imagine users talking anonymously via their segfault shell and share files anonymously via /everyone
