Add example queries and replacements

Elena had a really nice idea to make the tool more user friendly, i.e. to include example queries (and evt. replacements) that you can click on and run (a bit like in Grew-match) alongside example sentences that the query could match, e.g.:

• TREE_ (FEATS_ "VerbForm=Sup") [AND [LEMMA "ha", FEATS_ "Tense=Pres"]] - jag har varit sjuk
• UPOS {ADJ->ADV} - $\langle$Ella Fitzgerald sings beautiful,Ella Fitzgerald sings beautiful$\rangle$

I will think of some nice examples, and I have an idea of how I'd like the interface to be, but I don't know how to queries that are not from the text field (I assume similarly to the default one?), so maybe @daherb can help with that.
