Twitter, Reddit etc links not returning image

I tried with some major social media sites and getting following:

Although with FB linter I can see they are able to generate a preview with image, for e.g the Reddit link preview is like this:

Any solution we can make here? For e.g getting image from body when og data is not present.

It is possible to pick the first image on the page, especially if the size is larger than a certain number to avoid picking the wrong images. I will have a look at it later.
