AC:

  • Modify text to say something like "Holochain conductor is running"
  • Clicking on notification should open app
  • Notification should not appear on lock screen
  • Notification should be under "silent" notifications at end of list
  • Improve styling to show conductor status, maybe some stats about apps, or network activity?
  • Notification should include a play/pause button to start/stop the conductor quickly

This is not actually need for Volla Messages since the app will be installed as a system app and thus we don't need to show the persistent notification.
