PRを作成したときにnsを生やして検証したい
既存のapplicationはそのままmainブランチを向いていてほしい

そもそも環境ごと分けてvultrとかに置いても良いかもしれない。
PRを生やすとその内容で検証環境としてvultrにargocdごとデプロイされる、みたいな
PRのcloseで環境も消える

New York (NJ)の2.5ドルインスタンス*3とかでやるといいかも
k3osにyamlでクラスタの設定とIPアドレスが降ってくる設定を組み込んだisoを作り登録しておく。
