The Problem

For a greater real-world scenario replication, we need to have different potential prisoner sentences, replicating different jurisdictions, evidence of guilt, etc.

The Solution

Requires: Contravariant Evolution Factor (and probably Genome) for the Interrogator, if not an Adjudicator class (probably overkill).
