Hey Guys,
Footprint of Rotary Encoder Part Number PEC11R-4015F-S0012 in Encoder Section.
Schematic is fine, But footprint pin mapping is wrong. Pin C should be in between Pin A and Pin B.

I have already screwed up my PCB :(. Someone else might same mistake as I did.
