The effort to implement onion addresses in IPFS has apparently completely stalled, which means that the IPFS nodes can't connect to the client via an Onion address.

Need to think through the implications of using a non-onion address to connect to IPFS and how to advertise an onion address that way. It's entirely possible that this won't work, since advertising a non-onion address will completely defeat the purpose of using Tor.
