Using http_post_static_payload cause error during alert sending

Hello everyone,
I use praeco and the elastalert-server provided by praeco.
Elastalert 2 Version 2.2.1
I create a rule via my application and the rule request everything fine. When there is a match and it wants so send an alert, i get the following error.

The rule looks like this:

I also tried adding extra payload fields and tried the post all values flag, but the error is the same.

http_post_payload:
  - "@timestamp": "@timestamp"
http_post_all_values: true

Can someone reproduce this or can maybe give me an advise whats wrong with my rule? Or is it an error?

Remove the hyphen from the front of the static payload line:

http_post_static_payload:
  eaRuleName: rulename
