Issue:
I got a Join Desktop Notification (with Joins' own notification popup and not the one from Windows 10) but it got overlapped by everything else instead of showing up on top.
What was my setup at the moment it occured:
At the time the notification popup should've shown up I had 6 Chrome windows, 1 Whatapp Web window and 1 musicbee player opened up on my monitor. And one Chrome Window actively in use.
I use Join Desktop 1.1.2 on Windows 10 64 bit Version 2004
Attempted Solutions:
I have to go to the desktop clicking the toggle on the bottom right corner of the screen and then press the WinKey on my keyboard to see the notification.
I tried using the program DeskPins to automatically keep Join notifications on top of all other windows but that didn't fix the issue. (Although I'm not sure if DeskPins correctly detects Join notifications every time they occur.)
So, why did it occur?:
Trying to reconstruct the issue I realized it occurs in 2 scenarios.
there's at least one undismissed Join popup notification somewhere in the background at the moment the second one pops up.
And those first notifications lingering somewhere in the background are a different bug by itself: Because sometimes I get notifications (from Google Calendar events) which I already dismissed the day before but once I restart my pc they reappear but then somehow disappear into the background so that I can't see and dismiss them.
I'm watching a video in fullscreen on Chrome. In that case the popup will not show up in the foreground even if there isn't a second one in the background.
