Describe the bug
RSyslog is limited to 128 characters of payload, and 256 UDP characters in total. The limitation lies in the decoder's simpleSyslog library.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
It would be preferred to have the full log message represented without extensive copying or internal memory usage.
