Logs not displayed if a configuration file is missing #1

When the simulator starts, if any of the configuration files (appsettings.json, devicesettings.json, modulessettings.json) is missing in the configured platform (ENVIRONMENT variable), a warning message is displayed.

After this message, logs are not displayed anymore.
