Looks like they're using fake-08 v0.0.2.20

Fake-08 doesn't implement some of the latest features of pico-8 that terra relies upon. Luckily there is a workaround, Terra v1.4 works and you can download it here: https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/cart_info.php?cid=terra_1cart-31
