Improve tracking statistics

Since GitHub Insights/Traffic won't allow us to move further than 14 days, we can use our ReadTheDocs webpage to get a better sense of users over time. João had a good idea to do this by making the documentation through the repo not a good place to read/redirect to our RTD page so we can have a better understanding of our user base.

Still, the documentation in the repository is placed where it should. We need to accommodate our practices and everytime we refer to IDPConfGen, always give links related to the RTD pages. In the README of the main repository update the references to the Installation and Usage to the links of RTD.
