Cannot re-run analysis with a new data layer, once it has processed successfully once.

I ran Water Sanitation with a data layer, it ran successfully (although output incorrect, will create a new ticket). I want to test with another data layer, I am changing it in the settings but I cannot re-run the analysis. It says it is complete and nothing happens.
