Improve the landing page

Problem

We currently have a couple of issues on the landing page

• Option A - Sign in
• Option B - Sign In. I think this should be removed
• Option C - We need to make sure the sizes of boxes containing descriptions and thumbnails are all uniform sizes. If there is more text we can add a scroll bar for users to pan the box
• Option D - We need to distinguish between a public and a private project

Can I also suggest that the names of the projects be moved to the bottom. If that will be possible
