Chrome version 70.0.3538.67 - signature does not work on touchscreen #15

Updated to the latest Chrome version 70.0.3538.67 yesterday, unable to sign in signature area, "dotting" works by just pressing finger on screen, but cannot draw lines. Mouse unaffected.

If you use jquery touch i think this is the issue: furf/jquery-ui-touch-punch#309

Chrome changed the way they handle Touch Events in 70. https://blog.chromium.org/2018/09/chrome-70-beta-shape-detection-web.html
