QA Custom Dashboards on JDBC

@Ben8t assigned you also because creating code for Custom Dashboards might be a bit complex for Stefan, so maybe you can help with the code side, and Stefan can try to break it within the UI with multiple filters 👍 for now the linked repo has only a few examples, we need more Custom Dashboard YAML examples for both QA and docs
