[Feat] new library layout

Feature Description

That would be great to unclutter the library layout. I’ve added a quick example.

-merge signed and installed section :
In the header, you could add the number of installed/signed apps and, signed/imported could be described as the picture to differentiate which one is installed or signed

-add an option to select multiple app to delete
-add an option to re-arrange order of installed / signed app to keep app organized !

While I appreciate you making a concept, I'm not sure the ideal usecase for this type of layout - in my opinion the current layout is straight forward and seperates whats signed and not signed/needs an update
