Issues after install

I am slightly new to coding n server setup so I'm sure this is my mess up but idk where I messed up. I added everything to the Resource folder. Everything being the UiPrompt and Spooner required files. I added the necessary lines into the fxmanifest.lua files. I know spooner is loading as the server says it does and I have access to start the spooner through /spooner and the DEL hotkey. The DB works as well. When I attempt to use the hotkey or command prompt the camera shoots away for a second before coming back to my character. I can still move my character but none of the default hotkeys work for the Spooner. What I thought was odd, I couldn't attack anybody but I could still lock onto them after entering Spooner mode but when it is disabled I'm able to attack again. It seems to me like the hotkeys are half working by blocking their intended uses but I can't get the menu up or anything. If you have any idea what I did or what is going on I would greatly appreciate the help. NOTE This is all set up on a local host.
