Subtraction app should recurse into subsettable fixtures

The subtraction app removes a fixture from the map if any fixture in the main map in the same location is a subset of it. Instead, or in addition, it should recurse into same-ID and same-type subsettable fixtures and (where their type supports removal of members) remove matching members from the map being subtracted from.
