Move keywords vocabulary patch to p.a.vocabularies?

Are there some side effects moving this patch into the core like you said in the README?
Because i'm having this kind of problems in some projects ;)

Keywords and p.a.vocabularies are a source of constant pain in all our projects. We are constantly working around quirks in Plone core. It would be great to get that into p.a.vocabularies. @csenger might be able to weight in here since he spent quite some time on those issues.

thanks, will be great..we have a lot of words with accents that are a constant pain too.

I'm going to copy your patch in our projects until we update somehow the core
