Recent changes language filter is lost when enabling live updates or clicking the view new changes button #255

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ensure there are edits impacting pages with another language that is not english that will be displayed in the recent changes
  2. Go to the recent changes, wait for an edit
  3. Enable live updates or click the "View new changes" button
  4. The filter is lost

This is especially annoying when there are many edits to non-english pages. You are currently required to refresh manually (e.g F5) to restore the filter.
