At present, monitor maps permit to publish only one value for each specific key in the metrics. Need to upgrade this capability to accommodate and publish a variety of key ranges, along with their corresponding values. This will help in improving observability function from l3afd.

So Basically we should provide a range lets say [L,R] then it should publish corresponding values for L,L+1....R, right ?
