We need a solution for the issue where usability is degraded by too many request timeout errors being displayed when responses to some requests don't return within a certain time in environments with connection delays. One approach could be implementing a soft timeout feature in addition to the current hard timeout, and when a soft timeout occurs, displaying appropriate guidance in a top banner.
