Build and Test for Linux/ARM64

Description

For aarch64 platform, I have built " minimap2 " from source.

Steps

Following STEPS (https://github.com/lh3/minimap2#installation) were used for the building and installation:

sudo apt update 

sudo apt install build-essential cmake git wget –y 

wget https://github.com/lh3/minimap2/archive/refs/tags/v2.12.tar.gz 

tar -xvf v2.12.tar.gz 

cd minimap2-2.12 

make arm_neon=1 aarch64=1 

sudo apt-get install minimap2 

Outcome

To validate that the build was successful we Checked the libraries.

After running make command, it can download the minimap2 binary and verified the version

minimap2 --version
