Steps to reproduce

  1. Set best for audio quality
  2. Play: https://youtu.be/uaHmtJrZRdM
  3. Cannot set audio track to another language

Expected behavior

Allow changing audio track if audio quality is set to "best"

Actual behavior

He still speaks English.
