are you using my usbmap? why are there so many ports, more than 15.... |
Yeah I'm using exactly your setup, I haven't changed anything. I'm talking about ports HS05/06 and SS05/06 specifically. Those are the blue USB3 ones(as in your picture) If I plug USB2 devices there is no problem. As you can see from Hackintool, HS06 has a usb2 hub and it works. But if I plug an usb3 harddrive, system doesnt see the harddrive. If i plug the same harddrive to front usb for example(USB2) it works. So I don't know what is going on. Normally if I plug it to SS05, it should see it as usb3 right? I also messed up some other stuff now. After a reboot, system doesnt see realtek audio, just goes to HDMI audio. It also boots and runs extremely slow. I don't know what happened but I think I got bigger problems now :) |
Allright, wiped EFI. Redownloaded your package and copied it. Now everything works :). I only changed igpu-id to match mine. Thanks for your time. |
Hi
First of all thanks a lot for your time and help on this, it has been so helpful.
My only problem is the usb speeds. It shows 480 Mb/s max. I tried a couple of things I could not fix it. Do you have any suggestions? I have the same board, latest opencore(0.6.3) and kexts are installed.
