Implement bind for Option/OptionAsync and Either/EitherAsync like Eff/Aff

Would it make sense to make

from x in SomeAsync(1)
from y in Some(1)
select x + y;

or

from x in RightAsync<string, int>(1)
from y in Right<string, int>(1)
select x + y;

work the same as

from x in SuccessAff(1)
from y in SuccessEff(1)
select x + y;

already works?
