HTTPs support

Does fakenet support HTTPs? I thought the support was added sometime ago, but it does not work in either the latest version (3.3) or the previous one (v3.2-alpha). Is this a fakenet bug or do I need to configure something?

I suspect this needs #98 or an updated certificate.

#98 would be great to get merged regardless though...
