Regarding application error: fail to initialize

Hi,

When I tried to open this web apllication, it appeared "Data receiving failed Error status: parsererror". And then I refreshed the page and it appeared "could not initialize the application with default parameters". I guessed it is because of the corrupted image file so I reloaded new image file but it was no use. I failed to figure out why it happens. Do you have any ideas? Thank you so much.
