if [[ $VERCEL_ENV == production ]]; then V={프로드}; else V={데브}; fi && echo BASE_URL=$V > .env && cat .env && yarn build-prod

이렇게 vercel build command에서 .env를 $VERCEL_ENV 기반으로 분기 나눠서 생성해주도록 해서 해결
