CDN requirements

The following are some requirements in addition to the purely technical requirements (for those, see the docs).

access to logs
- in particular, referrer data
access to the MathJax files on the CDN origin
- for releases and beta testing
- for security updates
- currently we use a folder structure; a multi-container structure could be an alternative.
ability to keep the cdn.mathjax.org CNAME
- a bonus would be https access at that location (this would require certificates etc)
