Bug: when desktop is deleted, desktop switching animation does not play

All of plasma 5, plasma 6, x11 and wayland are affected. First reported somewhere in this thread: #10

Might be caused by desktop deletion logic being too complicated and timing being too late in time to run the animation. There are ways to make the logic easier, what I did there was the stupidest way possible
