Telegram bot can admins channels in Telegram. Write posts, delete posts, ban users, etc.
Mautrix-telegram bridge user has no such ability yet if bridge uses login by telegram bot token.

Is it possible to add such functionality? Or it's a bug?
(Of course I know it isn't wide usecase).
