Searching with Wildcard partially across Title and URL

I have a lot of tabs and frequently I need to search for the right tab based on a part of the Title and/or URL.

Usually I know parts of the title (not necessarily in the right order) and a part of the URL.

This is the most common scenario and I think may be common to many users.

Currently the search function only works on either the Title or URL. And not partial pieces within those.

I have been using this in Fast Tab Switcher (which I can no longer use because it is a deprecated XPI) and also Quickey as a beta. Here is a discussion on the latter which may help in terms of how to implement this in Sidebery.
